As a qualified Prince 2, LEAN, and MSP practitioner, and with a diverse background in Education, Health and Social Care, Research and Development, and Industrial Psychology, I am able to assess and identify problem areas quickly and to design and deliver successful solutions.

The integration of services to establish a a self-sustaining economy, within the NHS, requires a significant amount of change in operational strategy across services delivery, and involves all stakeholders. How to develop successful business models for commercial enterprises, and how to make the most of capability and capacity are my specialisms. Risk governance, pathways to care, and compliance are familiar territories to me and I am passionate about empowering organisations to achieve their goals and about making a difference.
